Robinson Consultants Inc. integrated contract administration and inspection teams are comprised of key design team members, such as the Project Manager and Project Engineer, which ensures a seamless transition from design to contract administration. This team approach ensures that important design considerations, operational constraints, environmental mitigations, safety hazards, and public and stakeholder concerns, are thoroughly understood by the contract administration team.

Roles and responsibilities are clearly identified at the outset of construction including critical communication protocols between the owner, stakeholders, contractors, and our in-house team.

Our contract administration and inspection teams utilize an electronic diary and documentation system to allow for timely dissemination of information that includes photos of current operations directly to the project team so that real time updates are available. This facilitates effective decision making as required during construction to prevent unnecessary delays and repetition of work.
